The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise (2 Peter 3:9)

 2 Peter 3: 9-10 says, "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare."

It has taken me many years to realize that God loves me no matter what! Learning to love myself and not be hard on myself for making mistakes has been a journey!

This blog came out of my desire to share my experiences with others who need encouragement, aka (like me) those googling certain questions with issues they are having looking for answers, document my journey to becoming better emotionally without using social media as the main platform, and reminding others that GOD LOVES YOU TOO! 

I have always desired to write a book, and will get there eventually. For now, I want to focus on my interests: growing, maturing, staying young at heart, living healthy spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, connecting with others looking to grow in their lives too, encouraging people who may not realize how much God truly loves them, documenting my story, going to the beach, surfing, running, swimming, staying active and finding joy in life despite my circumstances.
